This is a great time to move. Prices have fallen but have generally now stabilized or begun to rise. Homes under contract continue to rise at a rate better than seen in 2012. The number of homes sold continue to rise. The statistics are pointing to a continued stengthening of the overall market. If this continues, both prices and interest rates could rise.
